Visa Requirements

All visitors except Indian, Bangladeshi, and Maldivian nationals require a visa to enter Bhutan. We handle all visa arrangements for you.

Sustainable Development Fee (SDF)

Bhutan charges a daily fee to ensure sustainable tourism and preserve its unique culture and environment.

USD $100 per person per night

Free for children under 6, discounted for ages 6-12

Special Permits

Some areas require special permits for trekking and restricted zone visits. We arrange all necessary permits.

Restricted Areas

Special permits required for certain regions including parts of eastern and central Bhutan.

Trekking Permits

Required for all trekking routes. We handle all paperwork and arrangements.

Important Information

  • All tourists (except Indian, Bangladeshi, and Maldivian nationals) must book through a licensed tour operator
  • Visa processing takes 5-7 working days - book in advance
  • We handle all permits, visa arrangements, and documentation for you
  • Payment is required before visa clearance is issued
