1. Booking & Payment
A trip is confirmed once a deposit is received and a written itinerary is agreed by both parties. Remaining balances are due ahead of arrival, as specified in your individual quote. Prices are quoted per person and include Bhutan's Sustainable Development Fee unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by how far in advance notice is given and are outlined in your booking confirmation. Where possible, we work with travelers to reschedule rather than cancel outright.
3. Visa & Documentation
ApaX Travels processes Bhutan visa applications on behalf of confirmed travelers. Travelers are responsible for ensuring passports remain valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates and for any documentation required by their country of origin or transit.
4. Changes to Itineraries
Weather, road conditions and local events occasionally require last-minute changes in Bhutan. Your guide will always aim to preserve the spirit of the original itinerary while keeping the group safe and comfortable.
5. Liability
ApaX Travels arranges accommodation, transport and guiding services through licensed local partners but is not liable for delays, losses or events outside its reasonable control, including weather, flight cancellations, or force majeure.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
